Each Human Being is recognized as an owner of The FAMILY EARTH Foundation, a non-profit corporation held in trust for every child, woman and man of planet Earth. The purpose of the corporation is to speak on behalf of, and for the benefit of all Humanity. To be a voice for that which unites people as a Human Family. To enhance the awareness of the Unity of all life, the Unity of all Humanity and the Individual as a Spiritual Being, manifesting as Human.

To this end the corporation shall, "Act for the benefit of all Humanity throughout planet Earth, and all corporate trustees and officers shall act as Trustees for all Humanity, the true beneficiaries and owners of this corporation, without limitation as to national, racial, sexual, ethnic, cultural or religious considerations." (Article 1, By Laws)

Interest in The FAMILY EARTH Foundation is undivided, non-transferable and may not be diverted for personal use. FAMILY EARTH is a non-profit organization that is sustained by its volunteers and the general public.

While no organization, government, or person can legally represent everyone on the planet, we each can speak to the highest good in all humankind. We can call forth the best in each of us, and offer examples of the best humans have to offer.
